Headquartered in Abu Dhabi, with branches strategically positioned in key financial hubs across the region, MARK AB Capital and its group entities provide a broad spectrum of investment solutions and financial services, including asset management and investment banking.
Mark AB manages a respectable AUM surpassing USD 4.3 billion, with an impressive portfolio of 142 successful investment banking transactions. Group CEO
Mr. Al Qubaisi is focused on identifying strategic opportunities for partnerships and investments with local, regional and international companies. He is specialized in strategic mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Al Qubaisi as Group CEO has led investments and transactions within several industries, including Digital Technology, Engineering & Contracting, Aerospace, Real Estate, and Artificial Intelligence segments among others.
Kadar Bascha
Group CFO
Bascha has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry and is currently serving as Group CFO of the company. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and double Master’s Degree – MBA in Finance Management with distinction and MBA in Oil and Gas Management & Finance from the UK. Mr. Kadar is a Certified Analyst, Project Management Professional and Certified in Economics in Mergers & Acquisitions.
